Key Responsibilities:Engage in regular training to continually enhance your skills. Mentor and support new team members via phone and Zoom (one-on-one) to help them succeed and grow within the role. Place ads on various social platforms to generate inquiries (full training and support provided). Conduct structured interviews via phone (training provided). Collaborate with a global team, with access to cutting-edge tools, training, and resources. Attend 3 global Zoom training meetings per week. Leverage our successful business systems and marketing strategies to expand your reach. Participate in online and self-paced training.
