Expertise in Atlassian cloud automation rules, REST APIs, Webhooks, and Application links. Creating, customizing, and maintaining complex Jira workflows, schemes, custom fields, screens, notifications, and permissions. Installing, configuring, and supporting Jira and JSM add-ons/plugins such as X-ray and Power BI. Integrating and supporting XRAY and Power BI. Strong communication skills, understanding enterprise architecture, building prototypes, and presenting designs and demos to clients. Creating and supporting Jira projects, queries, dashboards, test reports, and Power BI reports. Creating training knowledge assets. Gathering requirements, analyzing solutions, and communicating with stakeholders. Interacting with project managers, developers, network engineers, and other administrators. Managing all administrative functions of the Atlassian suite. Maintaining technical documentation and user guides. Understanding system architecture impacts when implementing solutions.
