We\’re looking for a D365 BC Support Consultant to join a growing Microsoft Partner , delivering high-quality support across a range of clients and industries. The Role You\’ll provide functional support for D365 Business Central, acting as the go-to expert for troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user guidance. Working closely with consultants, developers, and end users, you\’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities: Provide 1st–3rd line support for D365 Business Central users Troubleshoot and resolve issues across finance, supply chain, and other key modules Escalate technical issues where necessary, working alongside the development team Assist with testing, configuration, and minor enhancements Deliver user training and documentation Support system upgrades, patches, and rollouts What We’re Looking For Strong experience supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV) Functional understanding of core BC modules (finance, inventory, purchasing, etc.) Excellent communication skills and a user-focused approach Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tickets/issues simultaneously Experience with a support desk or ticketing system Knowledge of extensions, Power Platform, or SQL is a bonus What’s on Offer Salary of £45,000 – £55,000 depending on experience Remote-first role with occasional client or team meetups Supportive team culture and clear development pathways Exposure to a wide range of clients, industries, and BC setups Training and certification opportunities How to Apply If you\’re a D365 BC Support Consultant looking to join a company that values both its people and its clients, we\’d love to hear from you.
