Wroxham, United Kingdom| Posted on 01/10/2024 The Laminator is responsible for preparing their workstation and finalizing laminating. Laying down e-glass, gluing core and fitting structural elements. Reading and interpreting a drawing specification for compositing. Ability to safely utilize knowledge of Composite materials, including e-glass, catalyst and resin mixing. Finishing; experience of gel coat repair, sanding and other finishing skills are desirable but not essential. Once completed job, clearing, tidying and cleaning of area and focusing on the utmost hygiene and cleanliness. RequirementsKnowledge, Skills, Experience and Qualificationsrequired to perform the role: Knowledge · Knowledge of marine industry would be beneficial. Skills · Time-oriented individual with exceptional attention to detail. Experience · Experience within a similar role for a minimum of 2 years. · Experience with Pre preg, wet lay and hand finishing with composites molds. Qualifications · Any relevant City and Guilds Qualification.
