Over the course of the past two decades, our business has developed organically, along with its customers, the culture that surrounds the brand, and its employees who have helped shape what Carhartt WIP is today.Carhartt WIP Store London – Store Manager (m/f/x)Your Responsibilities:Meet sales goals by training, motivating and providing feedback to sales staff Oversee all store operations Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures Maintain outstanding store condition and company’s visual merchandising standards Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc. Perform employee evaluations to identify training needs and develop career advancement plans Address and resolve any issues arising from staff or customers Work collaboratively with relevant departments to achieve company\’s objectives Your Profile:Proven successful experience in store management Visual Merchandising and stock management experience Strong leading skills Solid organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
