About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised Part Time Administrator to join our busy head office in Westhoughton. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our service team.
Main Duties
- Purchase orders
- Invoicing
- Updating customer records
- Liaising with planners of any invoicing discrepancies
- Maintaining accurate records, communicating with customers and BID Group departments.
This role requires high attention to detail, organisational skills, and critical thinking. Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
Skills/Education and Experience
- Be an excellent team-player, well organised, show excellent attention to detail, and be computer-literate with Word/Excel
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be enthusiastic and self-motivated with a professional attitude to stakeholders at all levels
- Be flexible, punctual, and able to prioritise workload to meet multiple deadlines daily
- Good telephone manner
