We are seeking an experienced Workforce Management Manager to join our client in Dubai and lead strategic dialer operations, workforce planning, and real-time performance management. - 5+ years of experience in Workforce Management in a managerial role
- Hands-on experience with WFM tools such as Genesys, Nice, or Verint
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Extensive experience managing dialer operations and workforce analytics
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities
- Certifications in Lean, Business Analytics, COPC, or SWPP
- Experience with AI-driven real-time analytics and automation
