Lease Advisory – Associate Partner / Partner
London
£55k – £75k plus car allowance and bonus
We are actively working on an exciting and unique opportunity for an Associate Partner / Partner (Lease Advisory) to join a dynamic and growing Commercial Lease Advisory team.
Based in a new office located in the heart of the City of London, this role involves close collaboration with the Industrial and Logistics Agency team.
The ideal candidate will be an expert in their field, with a particular focus on the southeastern industrial sector, providing top-tier client service across a variety of areas, including rent reviews, lease renewals, dispute resolution, and lease regears.
The role calls for a proactive individual who can create new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing client relationships. This position also offers leadership opportunities, making experience in team development and mentoring advantageous.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional client service across a wide range of lease advisory areas:
- Rent reviews
- Lease renewals
- Lease regears
- Dispute resolution
- Lease advice in sale and leaseback transactions
- Rental valuations
- Third-party referrals, including submissions to Independent Experts and Arbitrators.
Assist in building the Commercial Lease Advisory team in London, supervising graduates, and mentoring team members.
Set and deliver personal and team targets, ensuring operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Commercial Lease Advisory services
- MRICS / FRICS qualified
- Proven ability to manage and motivate team members
