Consultant Ophthalmologist Day rate – £2,500 – £3,000 per day Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne Our large private eye hospital is looking for a Consultant Ophthalmologist on a self-employed basis, 2 days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays), with experience in high volume cataract and vision correction surgeries for their clinic in Newcastle. The clinic provides local people easy access to ophthalmic assessment and treatment, specifically for NHS cataract surgery. As part of a network of dedicated eye hospitals throughout the UK and Europe, they are helping to increase the number of patients who can access NHS care and reduce their waiting times for treatment.
