If you\’re ready to make a difference and join an exciting journey with Cloud Bridge and AWS, we want to hear from you.We are seeking a dedicated and motivatedPre-Sales Architectto join our specialist team working exclusively on theAWS Small Business Acceleration Initiative (SBAI) . You will act as the primary technical advisor across the full sales cycle, from initial discovery through to post-sale handover, helping SMB customers realise the value of AWS. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our SBAI sales reps and player-manager to design compelling solutions, support funding applications, and ensure technical alignment to AWS best practices. This is a high-impact role where you will be incentivised on the performance of the SBAI team, not just your own individual contributions.Key Responsibilities:Engage in the full deal lifecycle from pre-qualification and discovery to technical solution design and delivery handoverWork with sales reps to shape outcome-based solutions using AWS services, Cloud Bridge IP, and AWS Marketplace partnersDrive funding alignment through strong knowledge of AWS programmes (MAP, CEI, ARRC, POC, WAR, ISV Accelerate)Lead and deliver technical discovery sessions and solution walkthroughs for SMB customersDocument high-level solution architectures and customer proposalsSupport POCs and trials, working to convert them into launched opportunitiesCollaborate with Cloud Bridge delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition post-salesRequired Experience & SkillsAWS Solutions Architect Associate (minimum) or higherStrong technical knowledge across AWS services including EC2, S3, FSx, WorkSpaces, AppStream, CloudFormation, IAM, RDS, Control Tower, Backup, and Networking fundamentalsExperience working with SMBs or customers with limited internal IT functionsA commercial mindset and ability to align technical outcomes to business objectivesStrong interpersonal skills and ability to present to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersComfortable working in a fast-paced, outcome-driven sales environmentExcellent documentation and communication skillsDesirable ExperienceExperience with FinOps tooling and AWS cost optimisation frameworksFamiliarity with ISV onboarding, FTR processes, and AWS Marketplace publishingHands-on involvement in POC delivery or post-sale supportBackground in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or AWS Partner ecosystemBenefits Overview25 Days Paid Time-offBirthday LeaveCompany Bonus SchemeFlexible WorkingEarly Friday Finish (Monthly)Company Laptop and PeripheralsCompany Sabbatical SchemePersonalised Training & Development PlanAnnual Wellness AllowanceCompany EventsWellbeing supportMental Health ChampionsCalm app subscriptionLocations Manchester Office, Marlow HQ Office, Remote – UK, London OfficeRemote status: HybridAbout Cloud Bridge We want to change the way people look at and use Public Cloud services as we believe any organisation from small start-ups to large multinationals can unleash the power of these services to improve their business efficiency.#J-18808-Ljbffr
