Learning & Development Partner Slough (Head Office), with travel to other sites where required. Hybrid - minimum of 2 days per week in the office.

In this exciting role, you will collaborate with our L&D Lead, HR teams, and external partners to create learning experiences that build future-ready skills—from leadership and functional development to early careers. You will act as a trusted expert, owning our talent development systems and ensuring continuous improvement through data-driven insights. You will lead key L&D projects, evaluate their impact, and bring fresh thinking from the outside world to keep our approach innovative and inspiring. Your work will help drive consistency in how we support and grow our people across all functions, while managing relationships with our external learning providers.

What will you be doing?

  • Design and deliver innovative learning programmes across leadership, functional skills, and early careers to build future-ready capabilities.
  • Lead key L&D projects from concept to delivery, using creativity and insight to shape engaging development experiences that drive real change.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, business stakeholders, and external partners to co-create practical, scalable solutions that meet local and functional needs.
  • Use data and feedback to measure the impact of learning, demonstrating ROI and continuously improving how we support our people.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh thinking into KP, expanding your knowledge while enhancing our approach to learning and development.

  • Brings strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, e-learning platforms, and early careers development, with a CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) to support confident, informed L&D delivery.
  • Combines excellent organisation, decision-making, and prioritisation skills, helping the team stay on track and deliver high-quality outcomes across multiple projects.
  • Experienced in partnering with senior leaders and influencing stakeholders, with transferable skills in relationship-building, communication, and driving the people agenda forward.
