My high-end retailer are looking for aSoftware Engineering Managerto lead the NAV team and play a pivotal role inthe re-implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, while also supporting the Integrations team in building scalable middleware solutions.What You’ll DoInitial FocusLead theNAV to BC migrationCollaborate with Principal Software Architect on microservices and data flows inconnectionwith ERP.Evolving ResponsibilitiesAct as aTechnical Delivery Manager: guide the team, manage delivery, and communicate upgrade plansUpskill the internal NAV team (currently C/AL only) inAL and BCProvide strategic input on ERP architecture and middleware integrationWork closely with finance on cost routines and data flowsKey Requirements:Strong experience withBusiness Central (BC)andNAVHas led alegacy-to-BC migrationHands-on AL coding experience (even if not coding daily)Experience incloud-based ERP integrationsStrong delivery and team management skillsAbility to mentor and upskill existing developersComfortable working cross-functionally with architecture, DevOps, and financeThis role requires one day a week in London #J-18808-Ljbffr
