You will blend deep technical work with impactful leadership, needing a solid grasp of production operations, incident response, Infrastructure as Code, and modern best practices.

- Ensure Consistency: Harmonise lower environments with production.
- Team Development: Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.

Skills We’re Looking For:
- Cloud & Production Expertise: Extensive experience with production-grade infrastructure, particularly AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM).
- Infrastructure as Code: Deep expertise with Terraform.
- CI/CD Migration Experience: Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI), especially within migration projects (e.g., from Bitbucket to GitHub).
- Containerization: Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Database Acumen: Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and data warehouses (MySQL, DynamoDB, Snowflake).
- Scripting Versatility: Proficient in Bash, Python, or Go.
- Mentorship: Proven experience mentoring individuals and fostering team growth.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork.
