Seeking a driven and dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the in-store experience for a fast-growing, globally loved Jewelry brand.

About the Role:

As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving sales, leading and inspiring a high-performing team, and maintaining the premium service and aesthetics our customers expect. You\’ll be the brand ambassador on the shop floor, ensuring every customer leaves feeling valued and inspired.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the retail team to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster meaningful client relationships
• Ensure the store is impeccably presented and in line with brand standards
• Manage stock levels, visual merchandising, and operational efficiency
• Oversee recruitment, training, and development of store staff
• Analyze store performance metrics and identify areas for growth
• Maintain a strong understanding of products, seasonal launches, and trends

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a premium or luxury retail environment (Jewelry)
• Passionate about design-led products and creating memorable shopping experiences
• A confident leader with strong people management and communication skills
• Results-driven, organized, and commercially minded
• Flexible, hands-on, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of POS systems and retail operations best practices
