The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive consulting, change management and people advisory experience. Experience within the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry would be advantageous.The ideal candidate for the Change Associate role brings a wealth of consulting experience, whether from a large firm, boutique consultancy, or industry experience delivering transformational change. Your ability to build strong relationships, manage senior stakeholders, shape complex business changes, scope services, develop strategies, conduct assessments, design interventions, engage stakeholders, assess readiness, model benefits, enable adoption, and drive culture transformations will be key to your success in this role.
