We are an innovative startup drinks company with backing from a private equity firm. Our mission is to revolutionise the drinks' industry through alternative energy drinks. We are looking for a dynamic and eager Head of Operations to join our team and help us scale our operations.
Job Description:
As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategies that drive efficiency, productivity, and growth. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our products are produced, distributed, and delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to support company growth.
• Oversee production, supply chain, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Manage and optimise inventory levels to meet demand.
• Lead and mentor the operations team to achieve performance goals.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Experience of importing from APAC to EMEA
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in an SME Beverages Company
