Project Manager

Role Overview:

The Project Manager will help establish and maintain project management standards, processes, and best practices, within a retirement portfolio, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently. Further, they will also ensure optimal utilisation of resources and help the business achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:S

• Strong planning skills, and tracking / monitoring of plan and tool kit to work out how to get plan back on track when challenges arise
• Ability to monitor Risk and issue management, putting in place effective mitigations and escalations as required
• Financial management and control – actual spend / cost forecasting
• Stakeholder management skills
• Understands how to report project progress clearly and effectively

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in a similar role, with a bachelor’s degree in IT or a numerate field
• Minimum 2 years experience within Project Management
• Regulatory compliance experience (e.g., BCBS 239 and Basel III Reforms
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English
