This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) Commercial Finance Manager to join a highly successful, North-West London Headquartered company, in a key role. Our client is a leading Interior Fit Out, Manufacturing and Logistics business operating across the UK, with revenues North of £150 Million and an enviable client base across the retail, banking, commercial and leisure sectors.
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller and Group Financial Director, this position is pivotal to the further development of the finance function. The Commercial Finance Manager will support the finance team in the group’s construction and manufacturing divisions and the role will require a qualified, capable and experienced candidate.

Selected tasks and responsibilities for the Commercial Finance Manager include:
- Overseeing the monthly CVR process in conjunction with commercial managers.
- Overseeing the financial reporting of all manufacturing and construction projects.
- Ensuring accurate and timely billing of costs to the client, supporting commercial teams to minimise WIP and achieve cash collection targets.
- Continually reviewing and analysing project commercial risk in conjunction with project surveyors.
- Ensuring costs are accurately accrued within each period and overseeing/maintaining accurate processes and records to manage plant, material and subcontract ledgers, weekly timesheet records and expense payments.
- Supporting as required on external client audits and financial audits.
- Leading period end processes in line with project & group timetables, analysing performance of business divisions, preparing and reviewing forecasts, profitability and cost reporting.
- Ensuring full compliance with the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) and other relevant regulations.
