My client based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire is currently recruiting for a Contracts Administrator to join their team on a Full Time Permanent basis. Offering the hours of Monday to Friday 8:30-5pm and a salary of £23-25,725 depending on experience. Job Description: Working on a range of contract specific projects, you will provide the team with administrative support. The successful candidate will ensure the accurate collation and electronic storage of administrative records required for the induction and mobilisation of Maintenance projects. Key Responsibilities: · Ensuring all client instructions are logged on the system · Responding to customer communication via phone and or emails · Allocation of purchase orders to subcontractors and engineers · Communication with colleagues/team – keeping them informed of client changes/requirements · Administrative support per contract with the Clients and Contract Managers daily · Supporting the Contracts Managers · Running monthly reports · Renewing and amending Contracts Essential Skills: · Previous administration support experience · Good MS Excel and Word skills · Able to produce professional written communication · Highly organised with effective time management and ability to multitask · Flexible and adaptable…
