Project Architect (RIBA Stages 4–7)

From creative high end Residential to new-build developments, we take pride in blending innovative design with technical precision.OpportunityWe’re looking for a skilled Architectural Technician with UK-based job-running experience to join our growing team. You’ll be key to the successful delivery of projects through RIBA Stages 4–7.We need the candiate to work on a high end residential as well as a church renovation projectKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed technical drawings using Revit or AutoCADAssist in developing tender packs, specifications, and construction documentationEnsure all designs comply with UK Building Regulations and quality standardsAttend site visits, client meetings, and coordinate with contractorsCollaborate with architects and internal teams through every construction phaseSupport the team in delivering projects on time and to specificationWhat We’re Looking ForQualifications & ExperienceDegree in Architecture or equivalent (RIBA/CIAT accredited preferred)Experience delivering projects at construction stage in the UKProficiency in Revit or AutoCADSkillsStrong understanding of UK Building Regulations and modern construction practicesClear communicator with excellent English (written and spoken)Confident in producing technical construction drawingsGood on-site coordination and stakeholder management skillsHighly organized, proactive, and adaptableWhat We OfferCompany car for site visits and meetingsIncentive & commission schemes to reward performanceA dynamic, creative, and collaborative working environmentDiverse, exciting project portfolio across London and beyondSalary: Upto £55,000 per annum depends on the ExperienceHow to ApplyPlease send your CV and Portfolio (max 10MB) to be considered for the role.
