The Company

A top-tier, design-led consultancy is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their London team and take a key role on their mixed-use & residential developments. The Role

You’ll be front-and-centre on major mixed-use regeneration project, working closely with high-profile clients, design teams, and contractors to drive delivery from early stages through to completion. This is a hands-on, leadership-heavy role for someone who thrives on responsibility and wants to be trusted to run with it.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading end-to-end project delivery across key packages
• Managing stakeholder engagement with blue-chip clients
• Overseeing design, procurement, planning and delivery phases
• Producing and managing reports, risk registers and project controls
• Driving programme, quality, and commercial outcomes
• Guiding more junior PMs and making your mark within the team

What They’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in project management within construction or development
• Strong background in delivering complex residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
• Confident dealing with high-level stakeholders
• Able to work autonomously and own key project workstreams
• MRICS preferred, not essential
