Or someone who is a seasoned manager who is looking to go through something exciting and scaling.The role will be managing 5 different teams (5 Leaders) and over 20 engineers. They are looking for someone who has experience managing teams, identifying bottle necks with excellent stakeholder management skills, while also someone who loves the technical side, while the client understands when managing a team of 20 you wont really get much chance to be hands on, they want someone who loves that side of things and will want to jump in when needed.The Company / Situation:The company is profitable and has been consistently growing, however due to demand has recently expanded their development team across all areas, meaning they now have a need for a Head of Backend Engineering to take ownership of the backend and platform teams.They are extremely well known in multiple countries across the world, such as the UK, US, Pakistan, and all over Europe.
