You’ll be working within a Global Capital Markets business, supporting the COO function to deliver change, shape operating frameworks, and support new business initiatives across trading desks and asset classes. It’s a blend of Business Management, Business Analysis and Project Management skills, focused on operational effectiveness, cost transparency, and strategic growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting new business initiatives and expansion projects across Capital Markets
- Partnering with senior business managers to develop and improve operating frameworks
- Driving documentation, project planning, and KPI/MI reporting
- Owning stakeholder communications and ensuring alignment across teams
- Helping steer the division’s cost base, controls, and technology strategy
- Acting as the link between the business and functions (IT, Risk, Ops, Finance)
- Contributing to regulatory compliance, platform optimisation, and COO oversight
What you’ll need:
- Strong understanding of Capital Markets products and processes
- Experience in COO, project management or business management roles in financial services
- Skilled in project planning, stakeholder management, and documentation
- Commercially aware, with experience driving cost control and process improvement
- Comfortable working in a regulated, fast-paced environment
- Strong communicator, confident influencing across business units
