- Ensuring thorough execution of risk-based commitments, and synthesising insights from risk assessments to inform both current and future practices.
- Aggregating and challenging outputs from risk assessments (RCSA) in the 1st line, joining the dots, making sense of the combined results and focusing on both historical and proposed practices.
- Elevating Monzo’s control environment to greater maturity and scalability, pioneering a proactive approach to risk management.
- Fostering positive relationships across the three lines of defence, addressing control gaps, implementing effective solutions, and promoting a transparent risk culture.

- You’re a data-driven control leader.
- You thrive in fast-paced settings, showcasing resilience, adaptability, and exceptional execution skills as the landscape evolves.
- You exhibit curiosity and collaboration, adept at asking insightful questions and quickly acting on new information.
