M&E Cad technician

Our client employs over 60 engineers in their design department. They complete detailed mechanical and electrical design solutions on technically challenging projects. They are after a Cad engineer for fast paced, exciting design and build contractor with a strong emphasis on sustainable design solutions. Often employed direct by end users such as Universities or Hospitals our client is trusted with state of the art design of energy centres, plant rooms and associated building services. These projects are typically very large and as such they require complicated designs including wide ranging mechanical electrical services, BMS control systems and HV. The role: * producing3D Cad drawings of mechanical and electrical services * Site (Hands on) experience would be a benefit but not essential. * Ideally experience of: o Building services o HVAC knowledge o Building regulations o Understanding document control systems o CHP / Generators * Industry Background If you are interested in joining one of the leading design houses in the North West to work on some on the countries most exciting design projects then this is the right position for you.
