We are currently collaborating with a global consulting firm to appoint a Director for their London office. This individual will play a critical role in driving the continued growth of the team as they expand their client portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver strategic advice and hands-on support to clients on regulatory risk and compliance matters.
  • Provide subject matter expertise across financial services regulations, including financial crime, conduct, consumer duty, senior manager regimes, operational resilience, AI governance, and digital assets.
  • Design and implement tailored compliance operating models, supporting both first and second lines of defence.
  • Assess and enhance clients’ compliance frameworks in alignment with regulatory, commercial, and strategic objectives.
  • Leverage data and emerging technologies—such as AI and analytics—to drive innovation and effectiveness in compliance programs.
  • Maintain ownership of key deliverables and contribute to high-quality project execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and mentor colleagues to ensure strong, cross-functional service delivery.

Requirements:

  • 7 - 12+ years of experience, ideally within a regulatory consulting firm.
  • The ideal candidate will have detailed experience providing consulting support to financial services clients, including banks, payment services, crypto and asset managers.
