MERITUS are recruiting for a Quality Capability Development Lead to join our client on an initial 6 month contract with very likely extension (or permanent employment) offered thereafter. QUALITY CAPABILITY DEVELOPMENT LEAD – INSIDE IR35 – £55 PER HOUR – 6 MONTHS – STEVENAGE OR BOLTON – SINGLE STAGE INTERVIEW PROCESS Responsibilities Guide, coach, and support the implementation of improvement projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams across the organization.Drive the adoption of Quality models and techniques to achieve greater efficiency in resources, reduce lead times and errors, and lower costs.Enhance the performance of Quality within Manufacturing, Engineering, and Programmes across multiple national entities.Provide guidance for multifunctional and cross-national improvement initiatives to support the organization\’s Operational Excellence goals.Deliver training and coaching in the effective use of improvement tools and techniques.Serve as a subject matter expert in Business Improvement methodologies.Lead the implementation of strategies and initiatives that promote a culture of performance improvement and continuous development across Quality and the wider business.TPBN1_UKTJ
