Want to work with the largest TV data set in the world? Are you passionate about turning data into commercial impact? This is a client-facing leadership role that goes beyond analytics - we’re looking for someone who can drive strategic conversations with major global advertisers and unlock greater ROI through smart, tailored data solutions.
You’ll lead a European team of 6 (and growing), made up of analysts and insight specialists who help global brands spend smarter and more, using a powerful mix of first-party and third-party data. This is a big role with big impact; you'll be the bridge between data, sales, and strategy. You’ll lead a team of analysts, partner closely with sales, build thought leadership research, and help shape how brands connect with audiences through data.
The Role In a Nutshell:
- 70% client-focused data solutions, 30% insights & research.
- Become the data partner for top-tier clients - major global brands in retail, gaming, entertainment, and more.
- Work closely with sales and client solution leads to deliver pre-sales insights, post-campaign learnings, and custom analytics that lead to bigger media spend.
- Lead a team that transforms complex data into client-ready storytelling and strategic advice.
- Shape the use of a powerful proprietary dataset (Europe’s largest smart TV footprint).
- Build thought leadership research that influences the industry and showcases platform value.
- Contribute to campaign measurement, learning agendas, QBRs and pre-sales insight packs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Ideally you’ve worked for a media owner or platform (e.g. Netflix, Snap, TikTok, YouTube, Meta) and understand how to sell the value of a data-rich ad environment.
- Expertise in measurement, targeting, and campaign reporting.
- Strong understanding of ad measurement, marketing science, or client analytics – but you’re more commercial than technical.
- Insight or research background is a plus, but not essential if you’re exceptional with clients and commercially minded.
- You get the why behind the data and can turn it into persuasive stories that move the needle for advertisers.
- Proven people leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
- Curious mindset with a love of uncovering insight.
What’s in it for you?
- Hybrid working (3 days in office).
- Bonus scheme + car allowance.
- Private medical (family cover) or health cash plan.
- Enhanced pension & income protection.
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday off.
- Product discounts, wellbeing perks & more.
ENI welcome applications from all sections of society. Additionally, to ensure people with a disability, impairment, mental or physical health conditions can access and progress in employment. Please let us know if there are any adjustments needed in order to make your interview/screening process as seamless and comfortable as possible.
