DCT Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager. Your role will focus on growing our B2B business both locally and internationally through strategic field/telesales initiatives. You will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers, from small health stores to large retailers.

Role:

  • Develop and execute field/telesales strategies and goals.
  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and in person.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Implement a thorough and organised approach to journey planning and sales calls by utilising cold and warm leads.
  • Keep accurate customer records.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets in your designated region.

Experience:

  • Established background in Field/Telesales.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organised approach to planning and executing sales calls.
  • Experience in food supplement sales is desirable but not mandatory.
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
  • Basic understanding of CRM software.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Probing and fact-finding techniques.
  • Aptitude for understanding market trends and customer needs.
  • A valid driver's license.
