Head of Housekeeping in Tipton

Housekeepers are part of a team who work to provide the highest level of care for our residents. We are looking for someone who has a positive, patient and flexible attitude, with the ability to clean to a high standard along with a passion for engaging with working age or older adults with dementia and associated conditions.

Mainresponsibilities:

Cleaning:

• Ensuring IPC requirements are in place
• Laundry requirements
• Daily cleaning
• Empty waste bins and wipe out
• Vacuum throughout
• Shake out cushions
• Clean dining rooms/lounges/toilets
• Clean taps and sinks
• Clean soap dispenser outlets
• Clean toothbrush holders
• Spot clean all floorings
• Wash all bathroom/toilet/en-suite floors

Weekly cleaning:

• Polish all mirrors
• Clean all pipe work in toilets
• Dust handrails and radiators
• Move all mobile furniture (including beds and chairs) and vacuum and dust beneath/behind
• Dust and polish furniture and windowsills
• Wash floors

Training will be given to the successful candidate
