We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Family Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support in family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements and domestic violence cases. The Family Paralegal will assist solicitors in preparing and managing cases, maintaining case files, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with court procedures. Role Requirements
- Previous experience working as a paralegal in family law is desirable but not essential.
- Legal qualifications (LLB or LPC)
- Confident and able to work on own initiative
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents
- Ability to take on and convert new enquiries
