We are seeking an experienced Delphi Developer to join a well-established software company based in Gateshead. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on robust, business-critical applications in a collaborative and technically strong environment.

?? Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Delphi.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, support, and product management.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle – from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing codebases.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

?? Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in Delphi development (preferably Delphi 7 or later).
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles.
• Experience working with SQL databases
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

?? Desirable:

• Experience with legacy system migration or integration.
• Exposure to other technologies such as C#, .NET, or web-based frameworks.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
