• (£13.84 per hour + £0.42 per hour shift allowance)
• Temporary ongoing, with potential to become permanent for the right candidate
• Monday to Thursday, 2:30pm to 1:00am
• (40 hours paid per week, after breaks)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer Setter Operator to an established Timber Manufacture based in Huddersfield. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual to join a growing company, initially on a temporary basis, with the possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program, set and operate CNC wood machines to produce components to specification
• CNC\’s TRIAX / GIOTTO AND BUSALATTO
• Interpret technical drawings and work to tight tolerances
• Conduct machine set-up, tool changes and routine maintenance
• Ensure consistent quality and accuracy throughout production runs
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment
• Work to production schedules and meet daily targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating and programming CNC machines, ideally in a wood machining environment.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and CAD/CAM systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Flexible and reliable approach to work
• Willingness to work the designated shift pattern
