Job Title: CSCS Labourer
Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire
Day rate: £100 – £120 per day
Hours of Work: 07:30 – 16:30 (Monday to Friday)
Type: Temporary
Start Date: Immediately

We are hiring for a CSCS Labourer who holds a valid CSCS card and can work on construction fit-out sites in Bicester. This is a commercial flooring installation project, and you will be assisting experienced floor layers and site operatives with site preparation, lifting, moving materials, and maintaining a clean working area.

Duties of a CSCS Labourer

In this role you will be working in the flooring installation team to support the successful delivery of a commercial flooring project. Reporting to the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with unloading and moving flooring materials

• Preparing the site for installation (e.g., clearing and levelling areas)

• Supporting floor layers with general labouring duties

• Ensuring the work area is kept tidy and safe

• Following site health and safety protocols at all times

Skills and Experience of a CSCS Labourer

As a CSCS Labourer, you need to have experience with:

• Working on active construction sites

• Using basic hand tools and manual handling techniques

It would be beneficial to the CSCS Labourer role if you also had:

• Previous experience supporting flooring or fit-out teams

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

• Strong awareness of health and safety on site
