Technical Scrum MasterRemote working (UK-based only)Up to £70k package (Includes Car allowance + Bonus)SC EligibleDigital ConsultancyWe are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong technical background in Software/Web Development to join a leading digital consultancy. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects, guiding and coaching teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesAgile Leadership: Guide and coach the scrum team on Agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Sprint Management: Oversee the Agile delivery, ensuring the scope and objectives are agreed upon with the wider team.Product Roadmap Support: Collaborate with the Product Owner team to develop and refine the product roadmap.Backlog Management: Manage the sprint backlog, monitoring the burndown and maintaining velocity.Ceremony Facilitation: Lead Agile ceremonies, including daily Scrum, sprint planning and reviews.Essential Skills & ExperienceDevelopment Background: At least Four years experience in a Software/Web development or QA/Automation Test (SDLC) role is ESSENTIAL.Scrum Master Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I).Agile Experience: Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies.SC Eligibility: Must be eligible for Security Clearance (SC).Public Sector Experience: Experience with public sector projects and familiarity with the Government Design System (GDS) is a bonus but not essential.Why Join Us?Innovative Projects: Work on cutting-edge digital solutions for public sector clients.Career Growth: Opportunities for professional development and career progression.Collaborative Environment: Be part of a dynamic and supportive team.Ready to take the next step in your Agile career?
