Lead Fleet Sales Excellence with Jemca Car Group Toyota Croydon
Are you an experienced and results-driven Manager with a strong background in fleet operations? Jemca Car Group is seeking a Business Fleet Manager to oversee our significant Toyota fleet book, based at Toyota Croydon. This is a high-impact leadership position responsible for managing key accounts, expanding our B2B portfolio, and ensuring the ongoing success of one of the UK’s largest Toyota fleet operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and grow relationships with key fleet clients and corporate customers
- Liaise effectively with clients and Toyota GB, providing timely updates and solutions
- Create purchase orders, coordinate internal resources, and oversee smooth handovers and deliveries
- Identify new B2B opportunities and drive growth within our large existing fleet customer base
- Lead a dedicated team, including a Fleet Sales Executive and an Administrator
- Ensure accurate system use and reporting to meet operational and compliance standards
- Deliver unit targets across both sites (Croydon and Reading) - 209 units and 330 units respectively
- Achieve quarterly targets based on direct profit, unit volume, and Toyota GB fleet standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven managerial experience in fleet sales (cars, vans, or HGVs) within the automotive industry
- Experience managing corporate accounts, with the ability to bring or develop key client relationships
- Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with fleet processes, compliance, and vehicle funding options
- Commercial awareness and confidence in forecasting, reporting, and profit management
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment
- Strong IT and digital system proficiency (including Microsoft Office)
- A full UK driving licence is required
