What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading the delivery of mechanical projects from pre-construction through to handover
  • Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain programme and quality
  • Attending client meetings and liaising with key stakeholders
  • Managing project budgets and reporting financial progress
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards and project specs
  • Collaborating closely with the electrical and FM teams for integrated delivery

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience delivering mechanical projects within the M&E or construction sector
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and mechanical plant installations
  • Ability to lead site teams, manage subcontractors, and handle technical challenges
  • Familiarity with project programmes, commercial reporting, and compliance frameworks
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services are preferred but not essential.
