My client, a boutique practice in Cheltenham, is an established and successful firm with a steady pipeline of projects across residential, commercial, leisure and heritage. They are on the cusp of an exciting new chapter as they redefine their mission, vision and values and outline their ambitious five year strategy.

To support this growth, they are looking for an Architectural Technologist to add to their close knit and hard working team. You’ll be running projects through the technical and delivery stages and producing construction information using Revit and AutoCAD as well as communicating daily with consultants, clients and contractors; all the while helping to shape how they deliver design with integrity.

To be considered for this position, it is essential you have proven and significant experience in UK architecture as well as having up to date knowledge of UK Building Regulations. Additionally, you will have good working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit. You will be a strong team player who is happy to rise to the challenges that working in a small team brings and be a confident and clear communicator.

My client offers full ACIAT fee support, an honest and open team environment, an annual bonus, and beautiful offices in Cheltenham. Hybrid working is available; however, you should live within easy access of Cheltenham and be happy to come to the office the majority of the time.
