Job Role: Registered Manager – Mental Health Salary starting from £37,406 Location: Staffordshire ST5 I am actively working with a leading, national mental health charity to recruit for a reputable, passionate and care-focused registered manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a homely residential setting for adults with a mental health diagnosis in the Newcastle under Lyme Employed on a full-time basis, you will work closely with the senior management team and ensure the smooth day to day running of your residential service. You will be responsible for ensuring the service operates effectively and complies with both CQC and company guidelines. Effective staff management and team coordination, as well as building strong relationships with external agencies and family members is essential for the registered manager role. This is the perfect opportunity for a highly committed, professional and person-centred manager who really wants to make a difference to the lives of the people they support whilst maintaining a safe, supportive environment.
