Role Overview:

The client is seeking a Head of Product to lead the development and optimisation of their app. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to drive product strategy, enhance user engagement, and optimise conversion rates in a highly competitive space. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on product management expertise to shape the app’s trajectory.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and goals.
  2. Own the product roadmap, prioritising initiatives based on business impact, user feedback, and market trends.
  3. Drive the optimisation of conversion rates, leveraging data-driven strategies and insights to increase user acquisition, retention, and monetisation.
  4. Lead a cross-functional product team, fostering collaboration between design, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams.
  5. Identify and implement innovative features to improve the user experience and maximise the value of the Freemium to Premium model.
  6. Monitor and analyse product performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  7. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure the product remains at the forefront of the market.
  8. Mentor and develop junior product managers, cultivating a high-performance team culture.

Essential Experience:
