What you’ll do:
🎬 Lead high-profile, insight-rich qual projects from pitch through to debrief
🎨 Design innovative approaches and run brilliant groups, depths and cultural immersions
✍️ Craft sharp, strategic narratives that cut through and inspire action
📈 Grow client accounts and spot new opportunities to expand the agency’s reach
🚗 Bring sectoral specialism and a strong network to lean into – ideally in auto, tech, or alcohol
🌱 Mentor and develop talented junior researchers, setting the tone for collaborative growth
What we’re looking for:
- 7+ years in qualitative or strategic research, with proven commercial impact
- A confident operator with business development experience and a solid client base
- Sharp strategic instincts and brilliant storytelling skills
