Event Coordinator- City of London – 30kMy client is a leading contract caterer and they are currently recruiting for an Event Coordinator for one of their client\’s premium office spaces.This is a high end hospitality site with a 5 star premium offering and they require an Event Coordinator to:Provide administrative support including liaising with the hospitality operational team and assisting with contracting and billingAnswer incoming client queries via phone and emailOrganise client’s events and work closely with other departments to ensure these are executed without flawPrepare and follow up with clients on proposals, quotations and contracts, maximising revenue opportunitiesConduct show rounds of the event spacesMaintain accurate client records and databases and build strong relationshipsGuide clients through the planning process and ensure that all documentation is ready to handover to event operations team in good timeWork closely with the events sales team to drive new businessWork towards set budgets and targetsManage multiple inboxes and communicating frequently with clientsProvide excellent customer service through every element of the event enquiry, utilizing strong selling skillsTake personal responsibility to adhere to sales and event brand standards for enquiry handling and event planning both pre & post-eventRecognise opportunities to maximise revenue, conversion and drive repeat businessAll candidates applying for this Event Coordinator role must have been in a similar role within the last year.Privacy Notice:https://www.illume-recruitment.com/legal_documents/privacy_policy#J-18808-Ljbffr
