Head of International Payroll – London – £(phone number removed)-£(phone number removed) p.a + Bonus & Benefits

A fantastic opportunity for a dynamic senior Payroll Manager to join this high profile global business working on a hybrid basis (3 days per week in their city offices).

You would be responsible for the creation of the UK & EMEA payroll function including processes, procedures, and set up of global payroll vendors. The client has approximately 200 employees currently but they are looking to scale, so the function will expand rapidly in the next 18-24 months.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  1. You must currently be a qualified (CIPP) Payroll Manager working within a boutique professional services environment (ideally hedge fund, stockbrokers, consulting, etc.) with overall responsibility of the payroll function.
  2. You must have personally created a UK & EMEA payroll function from scratch. Experience of APAC payroll would be an advantage.
  3. Have a proven successful track record of success and longevity throughout your career.
