Estates Manager

Benefits: * Continued professional development * Bluelight Card * Free parking * Company vehicle & tools * 25 days annual leave + bank holidays * Employee Assistance Programme * Staff discount platform As an Estates Manager, you will: * Quality control sign off all estates works * Line Manager the estates team, including timesheets and supervisions * Manage the budget for the estates team, including invoice reviews and authorisation * Lead on the CAFM management system * Conduct investigations into estates issues * Produce data for board and estates requirements To be successful as an Estates Manager, you will: * Have proven CAFM management experience * Be able to demonstrate clear leadership and management * Have a proven ability to negotiating contractual terms for maintenance, services and consultancy agreements * Have a good level of IT Skills * Be able to build and motivate internal and external teams ensuring successful completion of goals * Holding a Health & Safety Management qualification would be advantageous however not essential In return, my client are offering a salary of £45,000 per annum, plus a company vehicle.
