Our client, a successful and expanding retail travel agency, is seeking a Travel Consultant to join their team in Newbury. This role is 5 days per week between Monday to Saturday with core hours of 9am to 5pm and comes with a salary of up to 30,000 for the right candidate.
Travel Consultant responsibilities:
- Booking all manner of holidays including luxury and cruises
- Provide excellent customer service and value to create the best holiday experience for customers
- Plan and book all aspects of the holiday
- Developing relationships with customers and suppliers
- Providing knowledge of all products
Travel Consultant skills required:
- Previous experience as a Travel Consultant is ideal but not essential
- Excellent customer service skills
