Project Architect – Lead a Landmark Commercial Project with a Top AJ100 Studio

A respected AJ100 studio based in South London is looking for a talented Architect to join their growing team. Known for delivering design-led, sustainable workplace projects, the practice has built a strong reputation for transforming existing buildings into highly considered and contemporary spaces. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and capable architect with strong delivery experience to take a lead role on a significant commercial retrofit scheme, supported by an experienced, collaborative team. Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of project delivery from RIBA Stage 4 through to completionCoordinate and lead design and technical teams across all project stagesManage consultant collaboration, client liaison, and internal resource planningOversee detailing, compliance, and on-site coordinationContribute to the design development and uphold high design standards throughoutSkills & Experience: Part III qualified (or equivalent) with proven UK project experienceStrong technical and delivery skills, particularly in retrofit and refurbishment projectsExcellent communication and coordination abilitiesExperience managing teams and navigating complex project constraintsWorking knowledge of UK Building Regulations; ArchiCAD proficiency is desirable but not essentialIf you\’re looking for your next role in a forward-thinking, design-focused studio making a real impact in London, reach out now!#J-18808-Ljbffr
