We’re hiring an Associate Technical Consultant to support a major broadcast and media customer, working at the forefront of live streaming, OTT, and next-gen video technologiesWhat You’ll Be Doing:Deliver high-quality technical support across media software solutionsTroubleshoot platform issues and work closely with development teamsContribute to software defect analysis and resolutionManage installations of headend components in lab and production environmentsShare knowledge through documentation and internal trainingJoin a 24/7 support rota (after initial training), including onsite support in West LondonWhat We’re Looking For:A self-starter with a keen interest in video tech, streaming, or cloud platformsProblem-solver with strong analytical skillsGreat communicator, team player, and fast learnerAdvantageous (but not essential): exposure to tools like Splunk, Grafana, or Prometheus, or cloud certificationsThis is an exciting opportunity to join a global leader in video innovation, working on technology trusted by the world’s biggest media brands.
