As the Director of Nursing – Homecare, your responsibilities will include: – Leading and mentoring a team of nurses and clinical staff to provide compassionate, patient-centred care. – Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality of care. – Collaborating with the executive team, clients, families, and external stakeholders for seamless service delivery. – Overseeing client relationships, safeguarding, risk assessment, care plans, and packages of care. – Maintaining clinical oversight and adherence to best practices and policies. – Supporting clinical staff development through training and professional growth opportunities. Package and Benefits: The Director of Nursing – Homecare will receive: – Annual salary of up to £90,000, depending on experience. – 10% annual performance-based bonus. – 25 days of annual leave plus 8 bank holidays. – Company EMI scheme after six months of probation. The ideal candidate for the Director of Nursing – Homecare position will have: – NMC registration as a Nurse. – Experience in nurse case management or homecare, focusing on complex learning disabilities, mental health, and physical life-limiting conditions. – Strong managerial skills with evidence of managing nurses on a regional scale. – Knowledge of CQC standards with a track record of maintaining at least a Good rating.
