Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Manager in overseeing and supervising site personnel on a busy construction site.
• Lead by example—set, monitor, and enforce high standards for safety and quality of work.
• Take responsibility for health and safety compliance on site.
• Ensure employees have the necessary training and expertise to work safely and professionally.
• Manage labour resources efficiently to maintain productivity.
• Uphold site discipline, report incidents, and take appropriate action when needed.
• Supervise and train apprentices in accordance with relevant training programs.
• Utilize the purchasing system to acquire materials in a cost-effective manner.
• Assist in ensuring systems are successfully handed over to the client.

Qualification:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical trade qualification with strong technical understanding of mechanical systems.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
• Proactive approach to people management and leadership.
