We’re partnering with one of the UK’s most exciting SaaS scale-ups – an AI-driven platform that’s helping businesses make smarter, faster decisions and they’re hiring a Sales Director to lead their next phase of growth.

The Company

  • A UK-founded SaaS business applying AI and data automation to transform how enterprises manage critical decisions and workflows.
  • They’ve raised £6 million in funding from respected UK and European investors and grown their team to around 70 people.
  • They’re scaling fast, growing more than 60% year on year, and already work with leading names across financial services, retail and logistics to turn complex data into clear, actionable insight.

The Opportunity

  • You’ll take ownership of UK and EMEA revenue, building pipeline, closing strategic deals and shaping the commercial strategy.
  • Working directly with the founders and leadership team, you’ll design the GTM motion, refine processes and scale a small but mighty sales function.
  • It’s a business with genuine product–market fit, a thoughtful culture and ambitious growth plans for the next two years.
  • There’s also a clear route into VP Sales as the business continues to expand internationally.

The Role

  • You’ll drive new business across enterprise and mid-market accounts while leading strategic conversations with senior technology and operations leaders.
  • Collaboration sits at the heart of the business. You’ll work closely with marketing and customer success to create a joined-up customer journey, while also shaping repeatable, data-driven sales processes and mentoring junior team members.

What We’re Looking For

  • You’ll bring 5 to 10 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally within AI, analytics or automation.
  • A track record of closing complex B2B deals in the £50,000 to £250,000 range will stand out, along with the ability to think strategically while staying hands-on.
